Hull Paragon Railway Station is the first community junction of this kind in the UK and being a Burkhardt Leitner UK Partner, Hytner Exhibitions were commissioned to manage the design, development and installation of a contemporary area within what is essentially a traditional environment.
We provided 10 constructiv PILA Petite cubes with glass walls and ceilings complete with lighting which now deliver a new, modern appearance in what was an empty Victorian lobby of the railway station. The glass cubes are used as ticket counters, travel agency areas, consulting meeting rooms and information centres for the regional army. On 25th September 2009 Hull Railway Station was officially opened by the British Home Secretary.
