About Hytner Exhibitions > Stands, Booths and Displays

At Hytner Exhibitions we believe in combining design excellence and superior project management to deliver high quality and affordable displays for our customers.

Established in 1993, we have built an enviable reputation for creating impactful installations - and delivering them on time and on budget. But what truly sets us apart is our personal approach.

We are at our best working with trusted partners, listening to their plans, offering advice and delivering new and improved displays to match their changing needs.

Our friendly team are always on hand to take your calls or welcome you to our modern premises in the Cambridgeshire countryside to talk about progress - and see your installations taking shape.

Our Design Process

Hytner Exhibitions has decades of experience in delivering large-scale projects for its clients.

We are able to do that by offering a full service - from the initial planning through design and modeling to the final installation and even storing your new stand. Find out about our three-step design process below:

Consultation & Planning

The process begins with lengthy, detailed consultation meets to help us understand your exact needs. It is then our job for our stand design team to utilize this information in coming up with a shortlist of final designs.

Stand Design & Build

Once we have a shortlist of designs we will then work with the client to decide on the final version, tweaking until we are all 100% happy with the outcome and ensure it meets the budget set. The project then passes to our project team to build within our own storage facility.

Installation, Monitoring & Storage

With the final stand built and signed off we can then offer storage, transportation and on-site installation services - and will even take it down and return it back to our storage facility afterwards ready for reuse for future installations.
