Peakworks asked us to design a stand that was both simple and eye catching for World Travel Market show. We have worked on various projects before for Peakworks, so had a good understanding of what was required. This was the biggest stand we have produced to date for them as they are still relatively new to the UK market. The stand needed to showcase the company’s latest travel software and be engaging to their target audience. They wanted a small meeting area and bar service for hospitality, but this was only to be semi private. A store room was essential and 4no. PC terminals to promote their software.
Exhibition stand design
We took a simple approach for the design of the stand for Peakworks, Their focus being on the software and potential customers interaction. We decided the structure was going to be a custom built stand with the walls finished in a high Gloss PVC covering.
The floor had to be a platform as we had a number of Ethernet and power cables we had to get to various PC locations throughout the stand. We used their existing PC stations that we had built from previous shows, these were also finished in gloss white. We had to construct a bar for coffee service, which again was finished in gloss white but had accent LED lighting.
All lighting on the stand was LED which helped with budget constraints. One of the main features on the stand was a full height voile graphic that gave privacy to the bar area but also allowed the stand to fill open. Overall the stand had a clean and fresh feel, as this was one of the main criteria set out in the original brief.
